VPNmine support
Support is by email at support@vpnmine.com, which also handles privacy questions and data-rights requests. Before writing, the troubleshooting guides and the free tools fix most connection problems in minutes. Account deletion never needs a ticket: it is a button in Settings and a page on the web. Nothing is billed today, so there is nothing to cancel.
VPNmine is built and operated by SpaGreen Creative in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and support is answered by the people who run the network.
Try this first
- 01 Pick a different server. If another location connects, the first one is busy or blocked on your network, not broken.
- 02 Switch networks. Mobile data instead of Wi-Fi tells you whether the network is blocking UDP, which WireGuard needs.
- 03 Update the app from its store, or reinstall the Windows client from the download page.
- 04 Run the free tools with the tunnel up: they show what a site actually sees from your device.
What to put in the email
- The platform and its version (Windows 11, Android 15, tvOS 18, the browser and its version)
- The VPNmine app or extension version, from its Settings or About screen
- The server location you picked, and whether another one behaves the same
- What happened, what you expected, and the exact text of any message the app showed
- Whether the connection works on a different network (mobile data rather than Wi-Fi)
The same address handles privacy questions and data-rights requests. Support correspondence is kept for up to 24 months, as the privacy policy states. Fixes by symptom are in the troubleshooting articles.

Every platformAccount and support questions, answered directly
- How do I delete my VPNmine account?Open Settings in any VPNmine app and choose Delete account, or use the account deletion page on the web. The account and its data are removed straight away rather than queued for review, and you do not need to email anyone. Devices signed into the account are signed out. If you never created an account, there is nothing to delete.
- Do I need an account to use VPNmine? No. You can install any VPNmine app and connect without creating an account. An account — with email, Google or Apple — keeps your settings across devices and signs you into every app at once, and it will be required for the paid tier when that launches. If you make one, you can delete it from Settings in one tap.
- How many devices can I use with VPNmine? There is no device limit today. One account signs in on as many of your own devices as you like — phone, laptop, TV and browser at once — subject only to the abuse controls that keep a free service usable for everyone. If a paid tier introduces a limit later, it will be stated before anyone pays.
- How do I cancel VPNmine? There is nothing to cancel today, because VPNmine is free and has no subscription. To stop using it, disconnect and uninstall the app, or delete your account from Settings or the web page, which removes it immediately. If a paid tier launches later, subscriptions will be billed and cancelled through Google Play or the App Store, not inside the app.
- Does VPNmine keep logs?VPNmine keeps no record of the sites you open, your DNS queries or the content of your traffic; its servers are configured so that data is not written to disk. It does keep which server a session used, when it started and ended and how much data moved, for up to 30 days, plus a device identifier and app version for up to 12 months.
- How do I contact VPNmine support?Email support@vpnmine.com. The same address handles privacy questions and data-rights requests, and it is the one named in the privacy policy and terms. Include the platform, the app version and the country you were connecting to. For a connection that will not come up, the troubleshooting guides on this site cover the common causes first.
