Yes, and today it is the only plan. The free plan includes the full server pool in 68 countries, the premium locations, unlimited data, every app and the browser extension, with no ads and no card. A premium tier is planned for later; the free plan will still exist, and the apps will announce the change before anyone pays.
The free plan, in full
Every server location, including the ones marked premium; unlimited data and no session cap; phone, tablet, desktop, TV and browser; no ads anywhere in the apps; no payment details ever on this tier. Creating an account is optional, and there is no device limit today.
The premium plan, when it arrives
A paid tier is planned once the network is bigger. What it will include has not been announced. What is fixed is the process: it will be announced in the app first, sold and billed through Google Play or the App Store, and cancellable in those store account settings. Nobody on the free plan will be charged without being told.
How to hear about it first
The pricing section on the home page has a waitlist form. Leave an address and VPNmine tells you when the tier launches; the address is used for that and nothing else.
